Dec 02, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. Bosnia's Serb Republic on Thursday offered for sale the state-owned stakes in two wood processing companies on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange. The auctions will take place on December 23 and, in case they are not successful, will be repeated a week later. Stake in Romanija Sokolac, wood materials producer, makes up 28.61% worth 65 527 Bosnian marka (Euro 33 603). Stake in Bosanka Pale-Sokolac, producing veneer, is 29.99% worth 80 516 Bosnian marka (Euro 41 290). The state-owned stake in Bosanka is offered for the second time, after unsuccessful auctions in October.
The Serb Republic is one of the two parts that form postwar Bosnia.
