Burgo stops PM7 at Villorba mill in Northeastern Italy
Feb 18, 2008. /Lesprom.com/. Burgo shut down the PM7 at its Villorba plant in Northeastern Italy due to tough market conditions and high costs. The machine produced woodfree uncoated paper and brownn kraft paper and had a capacity of 40 thousand tpy.
Feb 18, 2008. /Lesprom.com/. Burgo shut down the PM7 at its Villorba plant in Northeastern Italy due to tough market conditions and high costs. The machine produced woodfree uncoated paper and brownn kraft paper and had a capacity of 40 thousand tpy, EUWID pulp and paper reported.
The plant's second machine PM8, producing MWC, will not be affected by the closure. Burgo said that its Tolmezzo and Toscolano plants would secure deliveries of woodfree uncoated paper to its customers, the company will however stop to produce brown kraft paper.
The Burgo is Italian paper producer.
