President and CEO of Norske Skog Sven Ombudstvedt has bought 700,000 shares in Norske Skog at a price of NOK 3.4182 ($0.6), as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. New holding is 1 705 061 shares, whereof 1 million shares are owned through the 100% fully owned company Elle Holding AS. During its 50 years of operation, Norske Skog has positioned itself as one of the world’s largest suppliers of newsprint and an important source of paper for the magazine and directory sectors.
