Caraustar was recognized for its exceptional performance including quality conformance, service, inventory controls, sustainability practices and value- added contributions in the manufacture of paperboard cartons and trays required for packaging many of the Lance leading brand name snack food products. To achieve this prestigious award, suppliers are scored throughout the year on a scale of 0 to 100 percent in various performance categories and receive a final Total Quality Score at year end. Caraustar received a 100 percent Total Quality score for all categories and for the four quarters of 2007. This marks the third consecutive year, and eighth time over the past several years, in which Caraustar has received this award.
