He will continue optimising the Italian mill in this area and actively promote additional efficiency enhancements throughout the Group. Rainer Kürschner has been a member of the Carmignano team already since the beginning of 2011.
The interim manager of the Carmignano mill, Johann Boog, is leaving the Cham Paper Group after two years to again devote himself fully to his own company.
The sales management of the entire Group will be transferred to Christine Arnet. Being a long-time member of the Consumer Goods unit, Ms. Arnet is well acquainted with the customers and products of the Cham Paper Group. After chalking up five years' experience outside the Group in the glass packaging industry she decided to return to Speciality Papers as of 1 April 2011. She will serve as a member of the Cham Paper Group's Executive Management Board.
CEO Peter Studer has headed Sales since 2009. The change in management in this area marks the completion of the modifications initiated in 2009 in the group management structure.
