Cranberry Lumber has acquired a majority of Indiana Hardwoods' operating assets, including sawmills and lumber-drying operations in Kentucky and Tennessee, The Associated Press informed. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Indiana Hardwoods President Barry Cook has been named president of Cranberry Hardwoods. Indiana Hardwoods is based in Chandler, Indiana, and has operations in Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee. Cranberry Hardwoods has operations in Beckley, Smoot, Mountain City, Tenn., and Roan Mountain, Tenn.
