EV Group (EVG) has become a member of Runtech Group. EVG will continue as an independent company, but by the acquisition, EVG and Runtech Systems together will be one of the biggest solution providers for the customers in the paper industry.
EVG will be able to supply total machine line re-builds and modernizations with clearly bigger scope than before.
