Edicola has joined the company's senior leadership team effective November 1, 2007, as Vice President, Human Resources. In this position, Mr. Edicola will be responsible for leading the company's strategic and tactical human resource initiatives. Prior to joining NewPage, Mr. Edicola served as Vice President, Human Resources at Baxter International Corporation, a $10 billion, global provider of medical products and devices. Prior to joining Baxter, from 1999 to 2004, he was vice president of human resources for Zebra Technologies Corporation. From 1995 to 1999, he was vice president of human resources for The Rank Group, PLC. From 1981 to 1995, Mr. Edicola held senior human resources positions for the General Electric Company Mr. Edicola holds a bachelor's degree in industrial relations from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, and a master's degree labor and industrial relations from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio.
