STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Finnish forestry company UPM-Kymmene Corp. (UPM) said Wednesday that it has agreed an the extension of its $121 million loan to Singapore-based Asia Pacific Resources International Holdings Ltd. (ARHAF). The loan, which was originally granted to APRIL by UPM-Kymmene in 1999, will mature on Dec. 31, 2006 . The loan was originally to have matured at the end of 2001. The loan will be repaid through regular instalments, the first of which has already been paid, UPM-Kymmene said.
