Feb 22, 2007. /Lesprom Network/. “In near future ministry of industry and energy of Russian Federation will publish order of preparation and approval of priority investment projects in sphere of forests development”, Victor Khristenko said at the meeting of advisory board on forest industry at the ministry of industry and energy, Lesprom.ru was told in the ministry. “After preparation of the order project we plan to attract to discussion of it a wide circle of interested persons”, Khristenko noted. “It will allow elaborating united position on realization of complex high-technology investments projects and will secure complete developmental work of bilateral obligations from the part of investor as well as state. We hope that project discussion will stimulate potential large investors interested in realization of projects in forest industry to open dialogue. I don’t think it will be more than 5-10 projects with investments of more than billion dollars, but the fact of their realization will allow entering new phase of industry’s development.”
