Forest industry issues excluded from today's government meeting agenda

The government of the Russian Federation will consider key parameters of the forecast of social and economic development of Russia on year 2003 and for the period up to year 2005 and the basic characteristics of the project of the federal budget 2003-2005 on today's regular meeting.
According to the Department of State Information, minister of Economic Development and Trade Herman Gref and vice - prime minister - Treasury minister Alexey Kudrin will present reports on the problem.
The chairman of the Pension Fund Michael Zurabov, the chairman of the Social Security Fund Yuri Kosarev and first deputy Federal Obligatory Medical Security Fund Yuri Kryukov will comment on The main characteristics of the state unappropriated funds for year 2003 and on to 2005.
RF Government decided to leave out the discussion on the conception of forest facilities development out of today's agenda. These issues were included in the preliminary agenda for the meeting on June, 11th.
The project of the federal law " About modification in clauses(articles) 198 and 199 Criminal codes of the Russian Federation " will be presented by the stats-secretary - the deputy director of Federal service of tax police of the Russian Federation Valery Paulow.
The project of the federal law " About ratification of the Convention between the Russian Federation and Kingdom Norway about avoidance of the double taxation and prevention of evasion from payment of taxes concerning taxes to incomes and the capital " will be presented by the deputy minister of the finance of the Russian Federation Michael Motorin.
At session of the government of the Russian Federation the question on allocation of administration of the Kaliningrad area of means from reserve fund of the government of the Russian Federation under the prevention(warning) and liquidation of extreme situations and consequences of acts of nature also will be discussed.
