Mr. Perdue was also appointed as a member of the Compensation and Benefits Committee. "His extensive corporate experience and financial background will serve both the board and the committee well as we work to further the Company's priorities." Mr. Perdue is the CEO of The Aquila Group LLC, a position he has held since 2007. Prior to his employment with Aquila, he served as chairman and CEO of Dollar General Corporation from 2003 until 2007.
