Oct 17, 2006. /Lesprom Network/. The total value of wood products exported from Guyana reached $41.6 million at the end of September 2006, ITTO reported. This was equivalent to 86% of the total exports in 2005. The main export products were sawn lumber (38% of the exports), logs (37%) and plywood (16%). It is expected that the value of exports for 2006 would surpass the value for 2005.
