Koehler wins termination of U.S. antidumping duty order
Papierfabrik August Koehler SE won termination of the antidumping duty order against lightweight thermal paper from Germany. The U.S. International Trade Commission ruled unanimously that the order against Germany should be revoked. The Commission’s formal decision will be issued on February 6, 2015.

August Koehler SE won termination of the antidumping duty order against
lightweight thermal paper from Germany. The U.S. International Trade
Commission ruled unanimously that the order against Germany should be revoked. The Commission’s
formal decision will be issued on February 6, 2015, as the company said in the press
release received by Lesprom Network.
The result
of the decision is that Germany will no longer be subject to the
antidumping duty order. The Commerce Department had already found that Koehler
was not dumping in the most recent administrative review (November, 2012 –
October, 2013).
