Dec 19, 2014. /Lesprom Network/. Papierfabrik August Koehler SE won termination of the antidumping duty order against lightweight thermal paper from Germany. The U.S. International Trade Commission ruled unanimously that the order against Germany should be revoked. The Commission’s formal decision will be issued on February 6, 2015, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The result of the decision is that Germany will no longer be subject to the antidumping duty order. The Commerce Department had already found that Koehler was not dumping in the most recent administrative review (November, 2012 – October, 2013).

The order against China will remain in place.
