Board of Lithuania’s Grigiskes will propose to annual general meeting to pay dividends of LTL 2 million (Euro 0.6 million) on 2005 audited profit of LTL 9.4 million (Euro 2.7 million). In 2005 audited net profit of the group, comprising Grigiskes AB and Baltwood UAB, amounted to LTL 10.0 million (Euro 2.9 million). AB Grigiskes is a private company producing toilet paper, paper towels, paper napkins, medical cellulose wadding, corrugated boards and boxes, hardboard and painted hardboard.
