The planned increase is Euro 60/t in continental Europe and GBP ($82)50/t in the UK, M-real reported. The price increase is necessary due to current unsatisfactory price levels and steadily rising input costs, the company said. M-real is Europe’s leading primary fibre paperboard producer and a major paper supplier.
