On March 12, 2009, Maksim Smirnov left his Chief Financial Officer post in Mondi SLPK OJSC (Republic of Komi, Russia, part of Mondi group), as the press-service of the company informed Lesprom Network. Further career of Mr. Smirnov will not be related to Mondi group, the statement says. Maksim Smirnov held the position of First Deputy General Director of Mondi SLPK since November 2005. Presently, Mr Wolfgang Schaherl is getting acquainted with financial matters at the enterprise. He will be given Chief Financial Officer and First Deputy General Director responsibility at Mondi SLPK. Mr Schaherl has wide and relative experience which he gained in Mondi Group working in finance, controlling, business development, and procurement structures of the company.
