Metsäliitto Cooperative signs a Euro 400 million syndicated credit facility
Metsä Group’s parent company Metsäliitto Cooperative has signed a new Euro 400 million syndicated credit facilities agreement. The loan is used to refinance the current syndicated facility maturing in April 2014.

400 million syndicated credit facilities agreement. The loan is used to
refinance the current syndicated facility maturing in April 2014, as the company said
in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The new facilities mature in February 2019. Pohjola acted as coordinator
of the facility. Other arrangers were Danske Bank, DNB, Nordea, Swedbank and
SEB.
Metsä Group focuses on tissue and cooking papers, consumer packaging
paperboards, pulp, wood products, and wood supply and forest services.
