Mar 31, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. National Land Realty has joined with Canebrake Land Brokers of Chatom, Ala. The new firm will have the name National Land Realty, and staff from Canebrake will continue to manage operations in its new Chatom office, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

“This is the second recent merger National Land Realty has had with Alabama-based companies,” said Jason Walter, president of National Land Realty. At the beginning of 2015, National Land Realty joined with Black Belt Land and Realty to expand its reach into Alabama and Mississippi.

“Canebrake’s team specializes in the timber industry, from land procurement to timber sales and management,” Walter continued.

"Founded in 2014, Canebrake has three partners with nearly 100 years of combined experience in the real estate, forestry and timber industries,” said Wayne Dees, partner at Canebrake.

Dees noted that even though the firm is operating under National Land Realty, the same local and highly experienced team members will continue to run their business out of Chatom.

National Land Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage company specifically focused on land sales including timber properties, farmland, plantations and hunting estates in the Southeast.
