Newfoundland and Labrador open to Kruger's ideas for assistance

The province is considering suggestions from Kruger on how it can increase support for the company's operations on Newfoundland's west coast.
Dunderdale said that Kruger has not put a dollar figure on what they want from the province, but they did highlight expenses for her that included silviculture costs, inventory costs, as well as their spray program.
The Corner Brook mill is the only newsprint mill still operating in Newfoundland and Labrador. Last month Kruger cut 130 jobs from the Corner Brook operation.
