Mar 11, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Nippon Paper Industries has decided to integrate Yoshinaga mill and Fuji mill, as of April 1, 2015. The integrated mill will be
called Fuji Mill, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom
Network.
Until now, Yoshinaga mill and Fuji mill, both located
in Fuji-shi, Japan, have been
cooperating by means such as the integrated procurement of raw materials and
information sharing.
However, with the integration of the two mills in light of the tough
business climate surrounding paper and paperboard, Nippon Paper Industries aims
to strengthen the cooperative structure of back-office sections and further
streamline operations.
