According to Jan Runo, CEO of Nordic Paper, the reason is the economic climate in Europe and in the world.
The initiative to sell Nordic Paper was taken in the beginning of this year by Norwegian investment company Norgesinvestor III, which is one of the biggest owners of Nordic Paper and has 32.6% of the company.
