Norway Statoil starts pellet marketing campaign in Sweden

The campaign will include direct advertising and commercials in various home improvement magazines in the country and will be carried out in co-operation with marketing and advertising agency Euro RSCG Sweden.
Wood pellets are the most environment friendly and competitive alternative to other types of heating resources, Statoil said.
Svenska Statoil decreased the petrol prices at its filling stations in Sweden by 0.10 Swedish crowns ($0.014/0.011 Euro) per litre as of May 4, 2005, the Swedish News Digest reported on May 4, 2005. After the price cut, the 95 octane petrol costs 10.81 crowns ($1.53/1.18 Euro) per litre at Statoil's petrol stations. Tax and value added tax (VAT) account for 7.12 crowns ($1.01/0.78 Euro) per litre.
