Mar 18, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. OX Industries has acquired Tuxedo, NC paper tube and core manufacturer Carolina Paper Tubes Inc. The facility is OX’s sixth production facility, and the acquisition continues the strategy of vertically aligning converting production with OX’s paper mills that manufacture high strength 100% recycled tube and core paperboard, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

OX will invest over $1 million in new state-of-the-art equipment for increased capacity, improved quality and faster service at the North Carolina site. The location allows for OX’s expansion into the Southeast region for converted products.
