The distribution of $0.51 per share is payable March 25, 2011 to stockholders of record on March 4, 2011, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. Potlatch is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with approximately 1.5 million acres of timberland in Arkansas, Idaho, and Minnesota.
