Jul 15, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. The Board of Directors of Precious Woods has elected Gerhard Willi as the new CFO. With this appointment, the Group Management of Precious Woods Holding Ltd. will once again be complete as of 1 August 2011, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. In addition to his experience in dealing with crises, the 35-year old financial specialist will bring proven restructuring and M&A expertise to the Group Management team. Mr Willi has already been supporting the Finance team at Precious Woods in an advisory capacity since the resignation of Cornelia Gehrig. His experience with Precious Woods over the past few months, which have been heavily marked by the turnaround, will ensure quality and, even more importantly continuity, with regard to the Group’s financial matters. Precious Woods is an international company active in the sustainable management and use of tropical forests. The company's core activities include reforestation and sustainable management of tropical forests, timber processing and the trading of FSC-certified timber products.
