The new business area will be incorporated in Raumaster Paper, company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network. The purpose of the acquisition is to further complement Raumaster Paper's product and service offering to the paper and converting industry. FINMaster roll finishing concept integrates parent reel handling, winding, core handling, roll handling and wrapping, broke handling, warehousing, converting operations, vehicle loading and related automation into a complete single supplier delivery. The larger product offering will cause some changes to Raumaster Paper's global sales and service network. Through the trimmed network, Raumaster Paper will be able to improve customer service for existing and new customers. Quattroll is well known as a global market leader in the high capacity midsize winder technology. During the recent years it has obtained numerous references particularly in China. Raumaster Paper is a global leader in roll finishing systems. The company is a member of Raumaster Group that is specialized in material handling solutions for bio power generation and pulp and paper industry.
