Rayonier names Jennifer Botterbusch vice president, internal audit
May 10, 2011. Rayonier announced that its board audit committee has elected Jennifer Botterbusch to the role of vice president, internal audit. She will report directly to the audit committee and indirectly to Hans Vanden Noort, senior vice president and CFO.
May 10, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. Rayonier announced that its board audit committee has elected Jennifer Botterbusch to the role of vice president, internal audit. She will report directly to the audit committee and indirectly to Hans Vanden Noort, senior vice president and CFO.
“Jennifer brings extensive experience with the company’s financial, administrative and operating controls to this role that will be of great value to Rayonier and the audit committee,” said Vanden Noort. “She is replacing Ed Kiker, who has been named controller, Real Estate at Rayonier.
Botterbusch joined Rayonier in 2003 as audit supervisor, and was subsequently promoted to a variety of positions. She most recently served as senior manager, general accounting and controls.
Rayonier is a leading international forest products company with three core businesses: Forest Resources, Real Estate and Performance Fibers. The company owns, leases or manages 2.4 million acres of timber and land in the United States and New Zealand.
