Jun 14, 2014. /Lesprom Network/. Rengo Co., Ltd. has recently acquired 95.02% of shares issued by Fuji-Hoso Shiki Co., Ltd., making it a subsidiary of Rengo, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network. 

Fuji-Hoso Shiki has a production base in Hino-cho, Gamo-gun, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. It manufactures and sells folding cartons and decorative folding cartons for consumer electronics, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.

Rengo is dispatching executives to Fuji-Hoso Shiki to support the company from various facets including overall management, manufacturing and sales, in order to improve the competitiveness of Fuji-Hoso Shiki. Rengo is also aiming for the further enhancement of the folding carton business of the Rengo Group in the Kansai region through collaboration with neighboring Rengo plants and its group companies.
