RockTenn announces dividend of $0.15 per share
Nov 02, 2009. RockTenn reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.15 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2009. The dividend, which will be paid on November 23, 2009, represents an annual dividend rate of $0.60 per share.

RockTenn Chairman and CEO James A. Rubright stated, "The RockTenn Board of Directors authorized this dividend increase in light of the increased size and profitability of our business since our last dividend increase in January, 2007."
