The general meeting will be held in late June. Dividends for 2003 will be paid during the meeting. Arkhangelsky deputy-chairman of the board Vladimir Beloglazov said it was a ‘good sign of the enterprise’s successful operation. The main task – profits earning and distribution – is successfully fulfilled’. The board of directors also discussed the participation of Finnish Jakko Poyry in Arkhangelsky development project (the following agreement was signed earlier).
