Russian Belozerskles timber enterprise (owned by Cherepovetsles) increased timber production 2% to 123 thousand cub m (41% above plan) in 2003 compared with the prior period in 2002, timber exports increased 4% to 120,6 thousand cub m (9% above plan), company’s public-affairs told Lesprom.ru. Cross-cutting increased 3% to 123 thousand cub m (43% above plan), round timber production declined 11% to 95,9 thousand cub m (32% above plan). Belozerskles increased assortment timber production 2% to 123 thousand cub m (41% above plan) in 2003 compared with the prior period in 2002.
