Jun 16, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Russian Segezhsky pulp and paper enterprise (Karelia Republic) was announced the country’s best package-producing enterprise and was awarded the ‘Package. Star of Russia medal-2004’, as well as other 9 enterprises, during the Internationalpapr and package exhibition, corporate communications spokesperson said. The produced paper bags were awarded a medal. Segezhsky also exhibited its small-size paper bag with closeable valve. The following type of package is rather popular in the developed countries. The awards were handed in by the president of Soyuzupak Alexander Zilonov.
