May 27, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Russian Vneshtorgbank will invest $1 million in Neisky pulp and paper enterprise construction. The following agreement was reached in the course of negotiations between Kostroma region governor Viktor Shershunov and Vneshtorgbank chairman of the board Andrei Kostin, regional administration public-affairs reported. Vneshtorgbank will invest 1% of the required sum necessary for the construction, which is equivalent to $1 million. The preliminary cost of the project is $1 billion. According to preliminary data, the project will also be funded by Austrian, German, Finnish and Asian companies.
