The shares were sold to Swedish institutions and investors, for a price of SEK169 ($19.8) per A-share, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Following the transaction SCA does not own any shares in AB Industrivärden. Morgan Stanley acted as Advisor to SCA in the transaction.
