Together with Dr. Tom Giessler, who has been responsible as Chief Operations Officer for the commercial operations and plants since 2007, Stojanovic will take charge of the management of the STI Group with immediate effect.
Stojanovic is a qualified attorney and after a career in corporations as well as mid-sized companies, he joined the STI Group in 2010, where he initially successfully developed the legal department. At the start of 2013, he also took charge as the Head of the HR department of the STI Group. During this time, Stojanovic already engaged extensively with customers and sales managers and built a good reputation. As the Chief Sales Officer, Stojanovic will provide a new impetus to market development. His endeavour is to utilise the knowledge and skills of employees to create added value and to sustain the interest of domestic and international customers with creative and efficient packaging and display solutions.
“With the decision to make the Head of HR, the Chief Sales Officer I want to send out a new message,” says Dr. Stabernack, “as it is people who make a difference”. Together with Dr. Tom Giessler, Mr. Stojanovic will restructure the growth strategy of the family-run business.
