Nov 28, 2014. /Lesprom Network/. Siam Cement's Dyna Packs has acquired 100% stake in Thailand-based D-In-Pack Company Limited (D-IN), as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

D-IN converts sheet boards to boxes (15,000 tons per year capacity) and caters to growing niche markets. Its plant is located in Nakorn Pathom Province,Thailand.

Dyna is a 75% subsidiary of Thai Containers Group Company Limited, which is a 70:30 joint venture between SCG Paper Public Company Limited (a subsidiary of SCC) and Rengo Company Limited in Japan.
