Slovenia's value of roundwood purchased in March 2015 amounted to Euro 4 million, which is about 98% higher than in the previous month (it was the usual seasonal increase), as the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was higher by more than 117%, of wood fuel by about 69%, of pulpwood by about 46% and of other industrial roundwood by almost 80%.

The total value of roundwood purchased in March 2015 was about 16% lower than in March 2014. Lower than in March 2014 were the values of purchased pulpwood (by almost 35%), sawlogs and veneer logs (by about 13%) and other industrial roundwood (by 30%). The value of purchased wood fuel was higher by more than 16%.
