Slovenia: Value of purchased roundwood increased by 54% in November 2015
Slovenia's value of roundwood purchased from private owners in November 2015 was Euro 5.1 million and thus almost 35% higher than in October 2015 and about 54% higher than in November 2014.

was Euro 5.1 million, which is almost 35% more than in the previous month
(mainly due to higher quantity of purchased roundwood), as the Statistical
Office of the Republic of Slovenia said in the press release received by
Lesprom Network.
The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was higher by 32%, of
wood fuel by almost 88%, and of pulpwood by about 25%. The value of purchased
other industrial roundwood was twice as high as in October 2015.
The value of roundwood purchased from private owners in November 2015
was about 54% higher than in November 2014, mainly due to the higher quantity
of purchased sawlogs conifers.
The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was higher by 78%, of
pulpwood by 23% and of other industrial roundwood by about 57%, while the value
of wood fuel was about 38% lower than a year ago.
