Nov 18, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Sodra Cell is raising the price of softwood pulp to $630 per tonne. The new price is effective from 1 December and an increase of $30 over the previous price. “We’re now seeing growing market demand for both pulp and paper,” says Sodra Cell’s Marketing Director, Ulf Edman. “The paper market is stronger than it has been for a very long while, and the pulp market is also showing a positive trend with increasing deliveries and decreasing stocks.”
