Dec 02, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Spicers Limited appoints Frank Glynn as Company Secretary, effective 1 December 2015.

Mr Glynn is a Chartered Accountant and has held senior finance positions within the Company for over 15 years. He is currently acting as Assistant Company Secretary in addition to his lead roles in treasury and tax.

Wayne Johnston, CFO, will continue as joint Company Secretary.
