The new merged group will have yearly sales of approximately Euro 200 million, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
Torraspapel Malmenayde and its regional affiliate Nord Papier specialize in the distribution of coated papers while also boasting a wide range of creative and specialty papers for the graphic and office paper segments, backed by numerous well-known manufacturers and brands.
Torraspapel Malmenayde is part of the Lecta Group, the second-ranked coated paper manufacturer in Europe with 9 mills: 7 in Spain, 1 in France and 1 in Italy. Lecta sells over 430,000 tons of paper through its merchants in France, Spain, Portugal and Argentina. The group has over 3900 employees and sales of over Euro 1500 million.
