Aug 18, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. U.S. total kraft paper shipments in July 2015 were 147.2 thousand short tons, 9.4% higher compared to July 2014, as the American Forest & Paper Association said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Bleached kraft paper shipments decreased from 10.9 thousand short tons in June 2015 to 8.6, while unbleached kraft paper remained essentially flat at 138.6 thousand short tons.

Overall, year-to-date shipments up through July 2015 were 1% higher compared to the same period in 2014. Total month-end inventories increased to 77.4 thousand short tons.
