Vologda region arbitration court to look into Sokolsky case
Nov 06, 2004. The dispute between Vektor and Fox group of companies for the ownership of Sokolsky will be heard by the Vologda region arbitration court, Severinform news agency reported. According to judge Vyacheslav Lemeshov, four suits were filed by Sokolsky shareholders. The shareholders are against the decision taken by the general meeting and the board of directors.

Vektor company believes that in late September 2004 an urgent general meeting of Sokolsky shareholders was held in Nadezhda restaurant. The representatives of Fox group of companies were excluded from the board, an employee with Vektor Evgeny Suchushkin was appointed CEO of the enterprise.
Fox CEO Alexander Rimmer claimed that no general meeting was held while all the documents were falsified.
