Mr. Kowalczyk has previously worked as Operations Manager at Marflex - M.J. Maillis, Poland. Mr. Kowalczyk will report to Vice President and General Manager for Paper Packaging Mikael Nováky, the company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network. The interim Managing Director, Jaroslaw Sirocki will at the same time be appointed Financial Director and Vice Chairman of the management board for Walki Ekopak, Jatne. Mr. Sirocki will report to Mr. Kowalczyk and in finance topics to the Vice President and Group CFO Anu Suikkanen.
