Apr 16, 2008. /Lesprom.com/. Wausau Paper announced the introduction of MicroBrite™ Technology - a thermal performance enhancing feature of its ProPly® and ProRedi® food packaging and food service papers for microwave, convection, and conventional oven applications.
MicroBrite is designed to address the $3 billion flexible packaging segment of the snack foods industry and its growing need for non-charring paper products for single serving and portion control food packaging.
