According to the company's proxy filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Rogel got a 2005 salary of $1.25 million, compared with a $1.22 million salary for 2004. The company reported in a Feb.3 filing that net income for 2005 fell 43% to $733 million, or $3 a share, from $1.28 billion, or $5.45 a share, in 2004.
