Weyerhaeuser elects David Bozeman to its Board of Directors
Weyerhaeuser Company announced that David P. Bozeman has been elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors, effective February 12, 2015. Bozeman currently serves as senior vice president of Caterpillar Inc. with responsibility for the Caterpillar Enterprise System Group, a position he has held since May of 2013.

12, 2015. Bozeman currently serves
as senior vice president of Caterpillar Inc. with responsibility for the
Caterpillar Enterprise System Group, a position he has held since May of 2013, as
the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

"Dave brings a wealth of valuable manufacturing experience and a global
perspective to Weyerhaeuser, having held senior executive positions with
industry-leading organizations like Caterpillar and Harley-Davidson."
Weyerhaeuser Company, one of the world's largest private owners of
timberlands, began operations in 1900. The company owns or controls nearly 7
million acres of timberlands, primarily in the U.S., and manage
additional timberlands under long-term licenses in Canada.
