Feb 02, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Weyerhaeuser Company elected David P. Bozeman as a member of the company's Board of Directors, effective February 12, 2015. Bozeman currently serves as senior vice president of Caterpillar Inc. with responsibility for the Caterpillar Enterprise System Group, a position he has held since May of 2013, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Weyerhaeuser Company, one of the world's largest private owners of timberlands, began operations in 1900. The company owns or controls nearly 7 million acres of timberlands, primarily in the U.S., and manage additional timberlands under long-term licenses in Canada.
