Jason Schulist has joined Appvion as vice president of continuous improvement. He will have responsibility for ongoing development of the company's continuous improvement systems designed to drive exceptional results in safety, productivity, customer value, quality, and on-time product delivery.

Appvion produces thermal, carbonless and security papers, and Encapsys products. Appvion, headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, has manufacturing operations in Wisconsin, Ohio and Pennsylvania, employs approximately 1,700 people.
