Sep 14, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. Nordea Bank and Weland AB are guaranteeing the new share issue for KLIPPAN AB, each with 50%, up to SEK161.2 million. The guarantee is conditional upon the settlement proposals made by the board of 37% being approved by the district courts in Helsingborg and Malmö. The share issue with issue conditions will be decided upon once a settlement has been approved. In conjunction with the guarantee, the current main owners Jan Bernander and Stefan Lersten have transferred 1 million shares to Weland AB. Weland thereupon holds some 17% of the shares, and the current main owners some 24%. Nordea Bank has made credit available to KLIPPAN, which the company regards as sufficient while waiting for the share issue to be carried out.
